Helen Virginia “Ginny” Kramer was born and raised in Quitman, Mississippi. She graduated from the Mississippi School for Math and Science in 2010 and went on to earn her undergraduate degree from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2014 as a Presidential Scholar. While at Southern Miss, Ginny was a member of Kappa Delta Sorority and the Southern Miss Honors College. She graduated from Southern Miss in 2014 with a B.S.B.A. in Banking and Finance and a minor in Mathematics.
Ginny received her law degree in 2017 from Vanderbilt University Law School in Nashville, Tennessee, where she was named a Chancellor’s Law Scholar and an Elliot Cheatham Scholar. While in law school, Ginny completed two research assistantships and held clerkship positions with U.S. District Judge Sul Ozerden in Gulfport and with Neal & Harwell, PLC in Nashville.
Sam McHard has practiced law for 40 years. He is admitted to practice in the following jurisdictions: 1976, Illinois and U.S. District Court, Central District of Illinois; 1983, U.S. Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit; 1985, U.S. Supreme Court; 1999, Iowa; 2001, Mississippi, Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Sam received his B.A. at Augustana College in Rock Island, IL and his Juris Doctor at Northwestern University.
Sam is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and maintains membership with the following professional associations: Mississippi Bar Association; Iowa Bar Association; Illinois Bar Association; Mississippi Association for Justice; American Association for Justice; Texas Bar Association; and Texas Trial Lawyers Association.

Manion Anderson was born and raised in Pascagoula, Mississippi. He is the son of Paul and Patricia Anderson. Manion graduated from Pascagoula High School before going to the University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg. While enrolled at Southern Miss, Manion was an active member of Kappa Sigma Fraternity, the Inter-Fraternity Council, and the Society of Physics Students – holding numerous officer positions within each. Manion graduated from Southern Miss in four years with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics.
Manion received his law degree from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He spent one year as a visiting student at the University of Oklahoma in Norman, Oklahoma. As a law student, Manion held numerous clerkship positions with several firms around the nation including Legal Services Corporation in Baton Rouge, LA, Neil P. McGuffee, PC in Oklahoma City, OK, and Tynes Law Firm in Pascagoula, MS.
Manion and his wife Sarah have one daughter and one son, Abigail and Jack.
Manion is still actively involved in the local Kappa Sigma Fraternity chapter and is also a member of the Area Developmental Partnership, Pine Belt Young Professionals, and the Young Lawyers Division of the Mississippi Bar.
